چکیده
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of posterior maxillary teeth extraction buccal infiltration with or without use palatal injection. Material and Methods: A total 70 patients underwent bilateral under 2% lignocaine hydrochloride 1:2,00000 adrenaline in this single-centric split-mouth randomized trial. The test side was administered a 2 mL anesthetic alone. An extended waiting period 10 minutes given before commencement procedure. standard protocol followed for control side. single operator performed all extractions. Results: 140 were extracted.
